I recently have found out I'm not only allergic to peanuts, I'm also allergic to soy, my goodness I didn't realize just how many products have soy in them. The search was on, I have managed to find some healthy whole wheat bread & crackers that doesn't have any soy, I also started making my own healthy muffins & snacks with far less calories & I use unsweetened applesauce, honey, or a banana as sweetener, no sugar, which is better for our health. I pray I can continue on my journey of living life happy, healthier & free of soy!
