I'm not sure what it is, but I cannot find a Weight Watchers Sparkteam. I would love to join it... I have a bunch of WW stuff and would like to try to put something together for myself and my friend.

There are PLENTY Of messages about WW, particularly in comparison to Spark. Maybe that is enough- or would a team be more effective?

I won't totally dis WW as I did use it years ago and found it helpful for the short term - my problem has always been long-term support and maintenance - while I'm still struggling with the second half of my loss journey I'm finding this to be the better tool (and of course, I'm not one to pass up on things that are FREE)!

THere are many members here who has used weight watchers and understand there points system but like this site due to the 24hr support, great tools and motivational stories and of course its free. There are some great free recipes at sparkrecipes(see button right hand corner and many are WW ones) there are also sparkteams here and I believe there is a weight watchers one.

Best of luck on your goals.
