Thank You, we just went yesterday and she is very healthy.
She just wants to track it because she wants to maintain where she is at as she is growing not to lose weight and no WAY is she on any diet!!

Spark People does have a website for teens, but she might be too young. The age range is for 13-17 year olds. You can learn more here.

at age 12, does your daughter have a pediatrician ? Because she's still growing her dietary needs are very different than an adults. So, you might start with her pediatrician to see what they recommend.

12 years old is too young to be on a "diet".

I have a 12 year old daughter and she wants to join... She just really wants to track her food and her activities.

Is sparkpeople ok for my child? If not is there any sites for children to join so that they can track their food and fitness plans?
