I'm going to give you a BIG WHOO HOO! I understand where you are coming from. I long for the praise too, especially from my husband. I posted earlier because I feel I haven't gotten anything to show for yet (weight loss wise) and it's frustrating. But I have to be proud and give myself my own WHOO HOO for sticking with it for three weeks. I have made a promise and a pledge to myself to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes five days a week and have stuck with it. I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to have praise, this is a difficult life change for some and the motivation on your own sometimes is hard. I think that is what is great about this site, I need the motivation and praise just as much as anyone. I think that you asking is perfectly normal. Stick with it and know that any change is better than none. I think that you are great! Have a great day, and chin up!

So I for the 1st time ever I posted on the Whoo Hoo board and even Wrote a Blog about my accomplishment but I haven't gotten soo many Whoo Hoo or Congrats? I feel bad right now because I was really hoping for more! Am I wrong to feel this way? I'm just conflicted right now on one hand I should be grateful that I at least got some remarks but on the other hand I crave more praise! I don't know what does anyone think any advice would be appreciated just don't be rude! Thank you,
