our bodies are reconfigured by child bearing.
our lifestyles change
and we often fall into the trap of clearing our child's plate, instead of throwing it out (don't even know why, but many of us have done it)

So, I'd say, yes, it's tougher - but not impossible

Make sure you drink the water and no more than 1000mg of sodium daily. Also make sure you mix up the days you go to the gym and times.....Calorie cycling works for me as well but yes that little belly is the hardest and last to get rid of!

I eat healthy, go to the gym at least 4X a week, and I have lost 40 pounds. But now my weightloss is definitely at a standstill. I see improvement everywhere BUT my lower stomach... Help!
