If this program is a cardio based program you can select a similar workout from the search option, but if is a strength training based workout since SparkPeople does not recommend tracking calories expended for ST exercises, you can use the Quick Tracker option--just type in the activity and the minutes and that way you get your credit or you can create your own strength workout program based on the exercise in the workout.
