I started my dukan diet Jan 1st and have already lost 5.5 lbs.. for the poster below me that said their friends had no results were clearly not following it correctly because, I've dropped weight every single morning I have gotten on the scale, granted its more or less water weight, but that is what is supposed to happen if you actually read up on it. I love this diet, I am NEVER hungry because I can eat all day long as much as I wanted granted they are on the allowed food list.. today was supposed to be my last day on attack phase and the website pin pointed my weight loss for today to a T the calculator told me on my 6th day I would lose 5.5 lbs and that's exactly how much I've lost. I'm going to continue the attack phase for another day or two seeing how I need to lose 40+ lbs won't hurt. You would be surprised the things you can eat, for anyone going to try it. Make sure you check out the allowed foods and the tolerated foods. The only complaint I have was that I had a headache the first 2 nights,but that since has passed. I'm continuing my dukan journey and I encourage anyone who's interested in trying it to give it a go, I haven't been on it long or lost much but I feel very confident behind my decision, I think it will do great things for me.
