Spark is providing feedback in percentages (Consume 61-83% RDA of iron per day) and you are getting 128% which is terrific!

I'm to sure. It says that my goal for iron is 61-83 and I'm getting 128. I don't know what it's being measured in though

According to the Institutes of Medicine, pre-menopause vegetarian women should aim for 33 mg each day since they are coming largely from enriched sources like from cereals. Are you exceeding that amount?

So I've been tracking my foods and I seem to go over the recommended intake of iron. I am a vegan, so I know that I need to be careful about even getting enough to begin with. I also know that too much iron can lead to health problems. Should I try to lower my intake of foods with iron? Or just keep eating the way I have been? By the way, I don't take any vitamins/supplements(I make sure to get all of my necessary nutrients from natural foods).
