Hello,

I go by Shutter. This is my road name with the Sons of Texas Motorcycle Club, of which I'm the Vice President of the Iron Riders chapter operating in the DFW area. I got the name Shutter because I take a lot of pictures. I currently have over 12,000 posted online.

I'm a retired US Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (2008). In 2011-12 I went to Afghanistan on a one-year contract with a contractor. Outside of working 10-12 hour days, eating, and sleeping there's not much else to do so I started working out. At the time, I was about 205 pounds with a 38 inch waist. I started working in my room with elastic bands, but eventually started going to the base gym at 3am and working out for 30-40 minutes before going to work at 5am. By the time I left I weighed 200 lbs and my waist size was down to a tight 34. When I got home in August 2012 I started working out following a routine called Hypertrophy MAX. I'm now at about 193 with a comfortable 34" waist.

I've put together a small gym in my house and workout 5-6 times a week.

I'm currently taking classes online with Kaplin University in Health Sciences in Health and Wellness. As of May 2013 I was starting my second term.

And I'm 60 years old, as of the end of August 2012.
