Hi--I'm excited to be a part of this group! I am a 53 year old woman frustrated with my recent weight gain after losing it a few years ago. Is it possible to take it off and keep it off! I'm struggling with believing that. I am glad to find SparkPeople--I feel more motivated now than I have in a long time.
