Hey all, My name is Ann. I'm not sure what to say about myself other than I'm trying to loose some weight and get back into shape. I have adjusted my eating habits and have been consistent at the gym for 8 weeks now. I am seeing muscle definition and my strength is building. I lost 30 pounds 9 years ago. At that time I found a gluten intolerance and have been eating gluten free ever since. My problem with nutrition is that it is easier for me not to eat than to eat something that is going to cause me problems. What I have found through tracking my daily food is that I have not been eating enough calories or carbs to stay healthy. That combined with me getting older and my hormone balances changing has caused me to gain about 20 pounds back.
