Hello all,
My name is Jackie. I have been absent for SparkPeople for over a year or so. I had my second child a year ago and thought it was time to get back to business. I hope to reach my goal. Although this year I decided not to make it my New Years Resolution, but its not going to stop me from reaching my goal. I wish all good luck. Now to get motivated. Who's with me?

There may be other ways, but you can go to someone's Spark Page and add them as a friend. Or you can simply send them a private message to start talking to someone.

What is the best way to find a support buddy? I think that would help out a lot!

Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople!

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!
* Diet is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate! emoticon emoticon

Congratulations on the weight loss. I have just started to learn about strength training as I want to get involved. I think it would be a great addition to my program.

Hi, my name is Shelana. I am looking to drop about 60 pounds. I am already 8 pounds down in 3 weeks! I have also become completely addicted to strength training. I am looking forward to trying things the spark people way! :)
