I have been toying with this site for too long and now I am going to actually reach the goal I want to achieve. But this time I am not setting a time limit, one day at a time and I will get there :-)

Hi I am Lisa, I am 44 and have around 45lbs to lose to get back to a healthy BMI which is my goal. I am not new to Spark People but rejoined as when I purchased the android app for my phone it would not link to my account and that seemed pointless to me as the reason for getting app was to help me stay on track.

I re-joined last Sunday and am now on day 6 of my new healthy living plan (i dont like the work diet). So far it has not been a struggle whatsoever, and I am hoping that this time I can stay focused long enough to accomplish my goal. A little bit of planning ahead and not beating myself up if I do falter will help.


Taking it one day at a time to reach my goal :-)
