I am relatively new to this site, been on (and off) it for a year or so. I'm going to stick with it this time, and this is one of the ways I'm proving it! Getting my points tonight for the first time for posting anything to a message board!
I was never overweight in HS or College, but then had children and, although I was only 5 pounds over my starting weight after giving birth to my daughter, I gained more in the following years and have been unsuccessful in getting or keeping it off ever since.
I am currently 80-100 pounds over my ideal weight for my height and bone structure, and, as I am seeing some unhealthy signs from it, I decided I was going to make it stick! Here I go!
