Take your time to explore all the resources available for you here. It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Enjoy the journey!

Hey all, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brittany. I am about to graduate from college with a Bachelors in Social Work. I wanted to make a change in my health this year since I know so many other changes are coming up as well. My goal is to try and get healthy enough so I can feel better about myself (as I am sure everyone can relate). I also want to get into a routine so this is actually a lifestyle change rather than just something I am doing for a while. I plan to write my progress in the little blog just to keep myself accountable. Anyways, I am friendly so feel free to talk to me and give me any advice/encouragement/questions you have!
