Every year we all make the same resolution: to lose weight and feel great. This cannot be a resolution but a definite will to change. In August of 2011 I stepped on the scale and it tipped over to 310, and I said: "Hell, NO! It has taken me over a year to lose 60 llbs. It has been frustrating battle due to health issues but I am intent to lose the other 100 lbs. To win I need to be positive about everything in my life. I can't keep telling myself that I am fat and ugly. I need to look in the mirror and say, "YES! I AM DOING IT!!" The battle isn't over and I will have bad days, but every pound off is a victory. Praise the Lord! emoticon
