Good job! Sometimes it's hard to integrate foods into our diet that we don't always eat. There are so many ways you can incorporate fruit though! Some of my favorites are smoothies, adding fruit to salads (try a spinach, strawberry, orange, and walnut salad!), and fruit slice dipped into a low fat cool whip for a snack or dessert! Good luck!

As a vegetarian I've known for years I should be having fruit with my main meals. The reason for this is that it helps you to absorb iron and protein (which are hard to get for vegetarians), It never made sense to me how I could do this before.
I never ever managed 3 servings of fruit in one day!
I've been following the spark diet exactly and one of the things I've noticed is that every meal has fruit. Some how it's satisfying my sugar cravings and my fruit bowl is now much pretty. I'm less fussy about what fruit I'm eating and have finally had the chance to use some of those frozen berries in the fridge.
