They list their menus & desserts on their personal blog.

Desserts: For those days you want something sweet but donít want to cheat! All of these recipes are on the blog.
◾Protein Strawberry Shortcake: 313 calories, 15 grams of fiber, and 42 grams of protein.
◾Banana Oat cookies: 300 calories. Nutritional info depends on added ingredients
◾Healthy Almond and Apple Crostada: 210 calories, 9g fat, 1mg sodium, 25 carbs, 20g sugar, and 4g protein

I think it's pretty cool that they are eating food like Kashi cereal and experimenting with desserts! They don't seem to have the all or nothing mentality......

I have faced it. Having tasted, a life wasted. Oh, I erased it, I'm NEVER going back again- E. Vedder

What an amazing story!

"She said just skip the middle aisles and just go for all the produce and the meat," said Lauren. "She said don't eat a lot of processed food and don't eat out very often and watch your sodium intake so we listened to her because we were serious and ready to do it."
