I love kashi cereal but it a bit high in calories...

Final weight goal of 140 pounds & maintain my fitness with excellent blood sugar management.

Desserts: For those days you want something sweet but donít want to cheat! All of these recipes are on the blog.
◾Protein Strawberry Shortcake: 313 calories, 15 grams of fiber, and 42 grams of protein.
◾Banana Oat cookies: 300 calories. Nutritional info depends on added ingredients
◾Healthy Almond and Apple Crostada: 210 calories, 9g fat, 1mg sodium, 25 carbs, 20g sugar, and 4g protein

I think it's pretty cool that they are eating food like Kashi cereal and experimenting with desserts! They don't seem to have the all or nothing mentality......

What an amazing story!
