Hello, My name is Sarah. I am a 35 year old mother of 4 who is always on the run. I have let a divorce and busy schedule be my excuse for packing on the pounds. I had some success post divorce only to gain it all and then some with the birth of my daughter. I work as a paramedic and a college instructor in my home town. I am also a volunteer firefighter. I am getting ready for a friends wedding. . . a friend who has always been a perfect 6 LOL. That started my desire to drop some pounds. I also want to avoid diabetes. I am starting at 215 pounds and would be happy making it to 160 but I am sure that would still have me in the overweight category for my height. I used this site on my phone with an app for some time with some success but only recently discovered how much is on the actual website. I am excited about this and know I will do great.
