I don't do insanity, but I do 12-20 minute surges. I didn't really lose weight either but I didn't go into it to lose weight. I went into it to increase my oxygen. I exercise at 90-95% of my maximum heartrate and recover within 5 to 6 minutes.
Insanity gets you fitter not lighter.

Hey guys. I recently purchased insanity and I have completed week one. It seems like a great program. Last night I searched up some results/reviews and not many people actually lost weight on it. What a bummer! Has anyone here tried/completed insanity? What were your results? Thanks everyone for your responses in advance, it is much appreciated!
