Also I wondered with doing the exercise are you also staying in your calorie range and tracking it? And are you drinking all your water for the day...those things can make a difference with your weight too...

Hey so im on week 3 month 2 of insanity and I've seen a little stomach difference , should i just give up or do you lose most of your weight and inches in the second month . Thanks (:
