Losing weight isn't about the exercise you're doing. What have you changed in your diet?

You can't out-exercise a bad diet. In order to lose weight, you need to burn more than you eat... in order to know if you're doing that, you need to be tracking your nutrition.

If you are losing inches, you ARE losing fat. The number on the scale doesn't tell you how fit you are, or anything else... it's just gravity's effect on your body in that given moment.

Has anyone had more success in the second month of insanity? I've been doing it for a month and have lost no weight and i'm starting to get frustrated because I've been eating healthy and doing what I am supposed to be doing. I have lost some inches, but my goal is to lose 15 pounds and the scale is showing the same number. I'm starting month two tonight and I hoping for better results than in the first month.
