Hello!

I know this is a bit of a late answer, but I just finished my first week of Insanity and based on my heart rate monitor, I burned about 100 calories doing the Cardio Recovery workout. Just to give you a basis, I burn about 550 in the Plyometric Cardio Circut & Pure Cardio workouts. So the Cardio Recovery is definitely a light exercise in comparison.

Thanks for asking that question. I just finished cardio recovery and felt it may be similar to yoga or power yoga?? Light aerobics sounds good to me as I was a little out of breath and sweating emoticon

I just entered it as light aerobic exercise, but if you have a heart monitor it will probably tell you more accurately how many calories actually burned.

Tomorrow's workout is cardio recovery so I'm just wondering anyone doing the program or have done the program how do you enter that particular workout into SP fitness tracker
