I would probably look at the calorie count for it as well as sugars and sodium, as long as those are too high i would think they would be just fine!

There is probably a little bit of sugar in it, because i use the crystal light packets, but less than a teaspoon!! I got the raspberry kind this time.

I'll have to try to drink more water...I was drinking a lot of water at one point, but I would be in the bathroom like constantly then so I wondered how much good it was doing if it was just running through me like that. No sugar in your tea then?

I'm definately a snacker even when i'm not hungry!! But i've been drinking a whole heck of a lot of water!! And it does seem to help a bit, i also like my herbalife tea and i add a little lemon to it!

I wonder if doing the insanity workouts would help me with running. i'd love to be one of those people that can run a few miles a day, how stress relieving it would be.

My problem is snacking...I don't have to be hungry, but I wanna eat something :/ I can only go like a day and all the healthy eating goes down the drain. My husband really likes his sweets, so when I make them for him it's like next to impossible for me to not have dessert.

I have tried it, and liked it, and got good results. I didn't stick with it very long unfortunately. I'm a runner and the impact from insanity along with the running was a little too much for me but I still like to do it every so often.

I am using Kelly Coffey-Meyer dvd to get fit enough to use insanity workouts. I plan to start insanity June 2013

Thanks for the reply. Eating healthy is hard, but I'm really gonna try. Can't wait to try the Insanity program, and hopefully get results! :)

I like it! when i do it lol, at first it seems like it takes forever but then it goes by a lot quicker and you start to see results! Just remember to try to eat healthy as well :)

Hello, I just ordered the insanity 60 day workout DVD set and was wondering if anyone has ever tried it before? It looks tough, but I think it would give me the results I want if I give it my all. Any feed back on this would be appreciated. emoticon
