As far as weight and calorie consumption go, I think you should keep doing what you are doing. You seem really upbeat about your exercising, your photo shows you are fit, and things are going great.

Keep up the good work! Always eat healthy and exercise intelligently.

I just wanted to let everyone know not to get discouraged when they scale says theyve gained weight. I am in my 3rd week of insanity and so far the scale says ive gained 3 pounds since ive started. So i took a picture to compare with my day 1 results and although theres not a huge difference it's definitely noticeable considering its only been a little over two weeks. Dont get discouraged and keep pushing forward!
