Do you have any access to a pool? That would give you a GREAT cardio workout and not be stressful on your foot.

You can do boxing type things. If you keep your legs still but punch, it will still blast your heart rate up.

SP also has some chair workouts!

Hope you all are enjoying your journey here on Spark people, I know I am. I am down 10 lobs. but found out I have tendonitis in my foot so no running for a month. I like walking but I love running. So I did the elpitical and I only did 30 minutes of that, I love running, running I can do for 40 minutes and then walk on an incline of 4% and would work out for an hour.
So I am following how my foot feels, but I know I need to do more. So I will have to learn to love to walk and and then do my apps on my Iphone, like arms and butt work outs with abs, no bouncing or jumping jacks or hopping on one foot for a month.
I have a ways to go still 25 lbs and I know I can do that. I hope you all have a great weekend and Happy Mother's day to all of you great mom's out there. Will check back on Sunday going out of town for the weekend.
