You can adjust your fitness tracker to work out 0 days a week and burn 0 calories. That will reset your spark nutrition goals automatically. I wish you a speedy recovery!

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

Just started on SP to loose 25-30 lbs. Problem is my MD says no exercise for awhile, not even walking. I have injured shoulder and knee. Does anyone know how I should adjust my calorie intake until I am able to exercise? Thanks!!!
