My birthday is my free day. No exceptions. It was 2 weeks ago, and for my morning tea I had a jam and cream donut. I had been planning that donut for a month, and it was beyond amazing. But I had my usual salad for lunch because that is what I wanted! Dinner was pasta carbonara. Creamy, cheesy goodness.
I actually worked out on my birthday because it was my weights day and I love my ST so much that I actually wanted to do it.
I didn't regret a thing and neither should you! Your birthday comes once a year, so why not?
There are no shortcuts. No magic bullets. No secret spells. What works is hard work, dedication, and a daily dose of chocolate.

Today, I turned 21 (Yes! I am finally legal in this country) and I spent some time with two of my girlfriends and we went out to eat at Chipotle's. Of course, on this occasion, I would eat a lot of candy, cookies, cake and chips. However, I am so ready to drip sweat tomorrow. Not only am I planning to do cardio, I am also planning to do a lot of strength trainning. I don't want to strain my muslces by working out too hard but I really am I in the mood to do an awesome full 30 minute cardio! I am hoping somehow in the weekend to workout but my timing for cardio would have to be 15-20 minutes.
