Who doesn't love a great layered bean dip? I know I do! The recipe is really simple and each cup is only 1 point if you follow Weight Watchers. Haven't figured out the calories per serving yet, but they are minimal.
To make 20 you will need the following ingredients:
1 16oz can Rosarita no fat refried beans
1 8 oz package of Sabra Guacamole
1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese
green onion for garnish
20 small plastic cups (hold approx. 1/4c)
Begin layering the ingredients in order listed.
Put 1 Tbsp of beans, then 1 tsp. each of guacamole, yogurt, salsa, then cheese.
Sprinkle top with green onion.
That's it. Pretty easy. Enjoy!
