You could sub in greek yogurt (like 2%, don't use 0%) in place of the heavy cream. You just use a little less because the yogurt is thicker than the cream is. I also think you could do with 1tbsp of oil instead of 2, and maybe use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. None of the other ingredients are high in fat, and aside from that, it's actually a pretty low calorie dish.
