It could be water weight. If you are gaining weight, maybe you are eating more. Perhaps, eat the same and exercise more. Or eat less and exercise more. I suggest tracking your daily calories in order to see if you are staying within your calorie goals for each day. Hope this helps!
I'm the same weight for almost a 1 year now, but i can feel i'm gaining weight around my tummy and breast. Today i measured my waist and i was socked that, i have increased 3 inches in my waist :(. What to do?.
