After two days of having my fitbit, SP told me that I need to increase my calorie intake. I never logged my "inactive" walking before (the steps I take that aren't really exercise), but apparently my Fitbit logs it for me. So, now SP thinks I am exercising way more than I was, even though I have not changed my activity amount. So, my question is, do I listen to SP because I should have been logging all those steps as exercise before, or do I continue with the amount I was eating. Before my range was 1200-1550, SP upped it to 1350-1690 or something like that.
