I have an appointment with my specialist on the 10th. Was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

Hello everyone! I'm looking for help. I had ablation 1.5 years ago for adenomyosis that seemed to develop following the birth of my daughter. I got about 8 months of relief and then the pain came back with a vengeance. As I have lost weight the pain has been increasing. I am wondering if anyone else has had this phenomenon and has any ideas why weight loss would make the pain worse?
Also if anyone can comment on treatment plans. IUD vs partial hysterectomy (uterus only) vs anything else?
Or any pain help? I've taken 400 mg Naproxen and 2 Tylenol 3s and am now able to barely function enough to be at my computer.
I want to keep losing weight, but also want the pain to stop!
