Another important point is that nutritional values often change, as restaurants and/or food manufacturers change sizes (for example, I think the Egg McMuffin at McDonald's is now smaller than it used to be).

We can't track with perfection ... can only do as best we can do! Good luck and thanks for sharing!

I don't think that the nutritional value listed on the McDonald's site is really correct, either, because I think they base it on a much smaller cone than you actually get at a McDonalds. I think the same is true for a lot of their other nutritional information. The fries you get at a McDonalds are often packed in the container and extend up beyond the top. I'm betting that the nutritional information is based upon some fries in the container, but not extending out the top. I'm willing to bet there's a lot more mayo, etc. on a lot of the burgers than is accounted for in the official nutritional information... Just my suspicions...

Just looked up the nutritional value for an Ice Cream Cone at McDonalds and realized that all the listings on Spark People were incorrect. The ice cream cone is 170 Calories, 4.5 grams of Fat, 27 Carbs, 70 mg of Sodium, and 5 mg of Protein. I started to indicate that the info was wrong on all of the listings individually, but that became too time consuming. Just wanted everyone to know!
