You asked what would make you lose faster. Well, making sure you're eating enough for one. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week or about 1/2 kg to 1 kg. And, healthy living is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. So, make sure you're making good food choices. (I know you mentioned you eat clean.) And make sure you're eating within your SP ranges. Eating too little could be as bad or worse than eating a bit too much!
