You asked what would make you lose faster. Well, making sure you're eating enough for one. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week or about 1/2 kg to 1 kg. And, healthy living is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. So, make sure you're making good food choices. (I know you mentioned you eat clean.) And make sure you're eating within your SP ranges. Eating too little could be as bad or worse than eating a bit too much!

Yes and it is the case more often than not.....always go by the measurements as scales are highly over rated and cause great distress with constant weigh ins.

Absolutely! Muscle weighs more than fat, and as you tone you and lose body fat you will lose inches too. I usually notice inches lost before I see movement on the scale.

I've recently tried an old pair of jeans that I wasn't able to fit in 12 months ago and it fits perfectly! But when I weigh myself, there was no difference.
