I used a football field to illustrate my progress and I'm in the red zone. Only about 12 lbs to my original goal and about 16 to my ideal goal! Today I walk/jogged 8km (5 miles) in 1:04:45. Something I could never have come close to doing 6 months ago. I don't post in the community forums a lot but reading the success stories, watching the videos and seeing the progress so many are making was motivating. Some of the plateaus lasted a long time but the journey has been a learning experience and I feel so much better. The best part is it has been a lifestyle change and I like the new lifestyle better so keeping it up once the weight is gone won't be a problem. God Bless you all, He has certainly blessed me!
