There's 100 calorie Oreo crisps. And sugar free chocolate pudding (bonus - get the dairy benefits). Are these 'healthy' - no. Do they satisfy me and keep me on track - yup!

Satisfy your chocolate craving because dark chocolate is actually good for your heart and colon.

Ghirardelli cocoa 86% Dark Chocolate, not as sweet as the 72% one, but it is so intense that 2 small squares are all you want. The flavonoids in dark chocolate help reduce insulin resistance and Dark chocolate also has a low glycemic index, meaning it won't cause huge spikes in blood sugar levels.

Hershey's now makes dark chocolate kisses. You can eat 5 of those for 100 calories.


A cup of hot chocolate may also help your cravings.

I have sugar free jello pudding on hand, skinny cow ice cream and candys... If you are a coffee drinker, you can get sugar free mocha syrup with nf milk for a nice latte.

I like the graham cracker idea. I found some sugar free chocolate chips (I'm diabetic) so I think I'll try those! emoticon

I melt 1tbsp of chocolate chips (80 calories) and then spread on one graham cracker (65 calories). If I want to get crazy, I also grab a few mini marshmallows (25 calories) and melt them on top of the graham cracker, and make a s'more :) Just a warning, melting the marshmallows only takes about 10 seconds tops in the microwave.

I Allow a treat in my diet plan for the evening-but just One! Suggestions low fat hot chocolate with a dollop of cool whip and a sprinkle if powered coco, one chocolate cupcake, one candybar, one chocolate fudgesicle, chocolate pudding cup, whaterever you want-just One. I don't like artificial sweeteners, so I stay with the regular, but that is a personal preferance..

Skinny Cow is great. I also keep 75% dark chocolate in my fridge and allow myself one or two squares.

Un sweetened cocoa is 12 calories a tablespoon.

Mix into cottage cheese or plain yogurt with a little sweetener, so delicious and plenty of protein.

I eat chocolate. There are several different chocolates that won't break the calorie bank out there. Skinny cow has a few I like. I like an after eight mint chocolate when I am craving something chocolate and I think it has 38 calories.
