I like the graham cracker idea. I found some sugar free chocolate chips (I'm diabetic) so I think I'll try those!

I melt 1tbsp of chocolate chips (80 calories) and then spread on one graham cracker (65 calories). If I want to get crazy, I also grab a few mini marshmallows (25 calories) and melt them on top of the graham cracker, and make a s'more :) Just a warning, melting the marshmallows only takes about 10 seconds tops in the microwave.
The most decadant version is using high-quality semi-sweet baking chocolate, a combination of coconut milk and coconut cream, honey, and vanilla extract. SO so good.

I Allow a treat in my diet plan for the evening-but just One! Suggestions low fat hot chocolate with a dollop of cool whip and a sprinkle if powered coco, one chocolate cupcake, one candybar, one chocolate fudgesicle, chocolate pudding cup, whaterever you want-just One. I don't like artificial sweeteners, so I stay with the regular, but that is a personal preferance..
Its not exercise, its going outside to play!

Skinny Cow is great. I also keep 75% dark chocolate in my fridge and allow myself one or two squares.
I eat chocolate. There are several different chocolates that won't break the calorie bank out there. Skinny cow has a few I like. I like an after eight mint chocolate when I am craving something chocolate and I think it has 38 calories.
Does anyone have any special tricks they use when craving chocolate?
