Did your doctor give you a meal plan, or refer you to a dietician? If you are prediabetic, a dietician would probably be the best route to go.
I didn't check to see if your tracker is public or not, but some suggestions for reducing sugar in the diet would be- eliminate sodas and sweetened drinks. Avoid processed foods and white breads, sticking with whole grains. Check labels for added sugar (I think there is a spark article about that somewhere).
