I would love to help you! I need the exact same thing!! I do very well for about 2 weeks and then I fall off for 3 weeks :( It's been awful trying to get back on track since the holidays. Anyway I can help you just let me know :-)

Hi Megan Welcome to SP :-) You are doing really well.
I wish you well in this new phase of your journey, and I hope that it is a very enjoyable experience. Make sure that you have some healthy snack foods on hand for times in need. If you don't have access to a fridge, there are many that are 'shelf stable'!! They help to stop pigging out on less wise choices.
I'm Megan, 18, leaving for college in August. I am currently 158 pounds and trying to get down to 130-ish. I'm only 5'2, as well. I've been on SparkPeople since January 2nd and I've lost 3 pounds so far. It's been great to me and I would love to have some sort of accountability partner or something. Thank you!
