wow! I wish I was where you are! I'm 5'1" and I weigh about 139 and my measurements are way over what yours are. If you want to lose inches, I suggest strength training to firm up your muscles and some cardio. It sounds to me like you're looking great. I know what you mean though. I wish my body looked better. So if you're not happy with it, do something about it, as my hubby says. Good job!

I agree to have your body fat tested. I had mine done at my local gym. Only you can decide what you want your body to look like. Strength training is important and so is some cardio. Remember that you can't out train a bad diet.

My advice would be to have your body fat tested. That's a better indicator of health vs. a number on the scale, especially when you're at a healthy weight for your height. The results of that test will help you determine whether or not you have more fat to lose, and if so, how much. Most gyms offer this test for a small fee.
In general, I recommend 30 (or so) minutes of cardio exercise, 3-5 days per week, as well as a full-body strength training program 2-3 times per week.

hello all! I have a couple questions to help push me in the right direction for both my physical and mental well being. One thing I've learned from countless hours researching the body is it's really hard to determine your physical peak, because everyone's is different.
I am 23. Female 5'3 Ranging at the moment from 120-123. My measurements are
Chest-33 Waist-26 Hips-34
My wrist measure- 15 centimeters so this supposedly means I have a small frame.
So around what should I set my goal weight at? I feel like 113 would be a good goal. And what kind of workouts should I do? I have weak wrists and neck. I wouldn't mind building some muscle just to appear sculpted not ripped, and if I gain a little weight to maintain that lean healthy figure I'm willing to do so.
I would just like some advice on where I physically stand at the moment, and a healthy goal to set for myself.
