HI all... so I have entered into a weight challeng with a bunch of other girls... I have until Feb 26th to lose as much as possible. Im looking for a work out routine I can do at home... I do run, but havent in a while... and have some weights... and bands. If anyone can give me some good ideas or know of a good place to find a great workout rountine that will maximize my caliore burn that would be awesome!!
