I've tried to watch as many different events as possible and I am so awed by their ability. Playing water polo and treading water all that time. The trampoline gymnasts are amazing. The runners are so fast and toned. I have been watching them while I work out to remind me why I'm doing this.
I love watching the swimming olympics, it makes me go faster when I'm in the pool.

I am most looking forward to the Paralympics. I saw an interview with an archery competitor named Danielle Brown who, like me, is in pain every day. She doesn't always manage a full training session but she tries to do at least 10 minutes every day. I find that incredibly inspirational.

Just got off the exercyle while watching the Olympics. As much as I enjoy the Olympics every 2 years I am motivated by the dedication all of the athletes demonstrate. Just a fraction of that dedication will make this journey a lot easier.
