My name is Huffy and Im a walker. No. Not like those zombies from TV. I exercise by taking long walks or what most people call "Day Hiking". Usually 12 to 15 miles a day. I found this site from googling recipes and I love thats its a whole lot more. My weight has been up and down for the past year and a half, and Im finally ready to lose this weight for good.
