Yesterday I excersized and Im planning on doing it again today. I also walked for half an hour yesterday. Im hoping that one day will turn into two days and two days in a row will turn into three days in a row... and so on.
I also have showed my husband this site and He wants to excersize and get in shape with me. His encouragement and Sparks daily challenges and reminders might just turn "every once and a while" into "almost every day"
