Hey you are doing great. I was stuck on 164 for several weeks. Then I started eating more and something called "calorie cycling". You eat at different levels of your calories range. Then lost 1.5 lbs which is huge for me.

I know...I know. I have been stuck at 185 for one full week. I just started my fitness/workout 3 days ago. It is more important than ever to get my workout on full track. I plan on starting a new workout with the Resistance Bands I just received...next day.
