Hello, I am new and have had a tendency to lose weight in the summer and gain it in the winter. I had a bad accident about 15 years ago and now I have a fused ankle and I do walk all day at my job so I guess when I finally get to sit down i feel that I have done all I can do...I am in a lot of pain because of the stress on my feet and hips and just have so little motivation to exercise. I know in my heart I will feel better but it hurts and I cant seem to get there. I just want to get past that whiny voice in my head that screams for rest. Need to be stronger in my food choices because I have a husband who can eat anything he wants and never gain an ounce!
