I'm back again too. I think this is my 3rd time trying to lose weight. I have lost 4.5 lbs. since January 2nd so I'm pretty proud of that. Keeping my food log in Sparkpeople keeps me more on track so as long as I keep up with it I'm hoping to keep losing weight. Good Luck to everyone. As we all know this isn't easy.

Me too...!!!...I'm here for the second time and really want it to work....SparkPeople is the best site anywhere....All the sites that charge an arm and a leg for only maybe half of what SparkPeople has to offer is a great opportunity....to say the least......Anything and everything you want to succeed is here and I am going to try even harder this go around....It's the least I can do when soo many people who have implemented this website into reality are amazing people.....And it's free...!!!!...So, here I go for the second time AND...I wish you much luck aromatheramyst and I'll be rooting for you......Good Luck.... emoticon

My profile pretty much says it all, I tried at one time, fell off the apple cart, quite fast, and here I am to try this again. Greetings to all members, I hope you are seeing your goals come to light!!!
