Believe it or not, I had the same situation? If you go to my Sparkpage and read my intro; it will explain it all. Although, I am back for good! I've been on this site (fourth time) since January 23 2013 and have lost 42 pounds. Hello all

My name is Tye and I am back here again after being off for about 4 yrs. still battling my weight it is a challenge and I am losing it fast. I want to get a hold of my eating habits and lose the weight for good. My issue is emotional eating and comfort eating - I eat before bed it comforts me and I have been trying to stop for a week now lol Im ready to try again. Good luck to all!!
