Hi, Over 50, fluffy and need some encouragement. I had tried several diet plans so far , they failed me or I failed. My husband lost 137 lbs on the Cornerstone Wellness, which is whey and protein. doctor has me on the same but Im gaining weight from it.1700 Cal a day I think it is too much I find it very hard to eat that much . I have Diverticulosis so I need Fiber I have some problems Dairy,some Soy, Peanuts,Corn,Iceberg lettuce, sesame seeds,Beef and some high Acid foods . I get no encouragement and I am hoping Sparkpeople can give me some insights.I live in Colorado where the weather is moody at times. I fell on the ice 3 weeks ago, so I did order a hand bike it is due in this week. Well so much for my issues. Hi from Colorado!
