I have a treadmill with ifit programs as well. I am someone who has been jogging on the treadmill for a long time and thought I would be ready to start out at a higher level and boy was I wrong! I think it's because the programs add elevation, such as running at 5mph at a level 4-5 incline. I was not ready for that when I first started out. You can see the workouts when you log into ifit live on your computer. . Not sure if that helps. If you are someone who like to workout on the treadmill a lot, there are some programs I like to use quite a bit. These are, Motiontraxx, you can get this on itunes, also I really like lolo beatburn treadmill app on itunes as well. This one app that is really fun and something you should check out!!
